This sculpture in Escondido's Grape Day Park is by artists Valerie Salatino and Nancy Moran. It abstractly depicts a grape vine archway...with grape leave chairs and a slide that goes through a bunch of grapes. The Park has been the center of annual celebrations of the surrounding grape harvest for many years.
The plaque at the site reads:
