Norwalk's city hall is located off of Norwalk Blvd. The facility is paited a light blue and has large window's in front. A cement walkway leads from the parking lot to the city hall's entrace. On the planters on the walkway are plaques dedicated to specific wars. Across the large facility is the city's library.
The city is located in South East Los Angeles, CA. Norwalk was incorporated in the late 1950s. It's most recent population was 107,698. The city's sister cities are Hermosillo, Sonora and Fresnillo (all located in Mexico.)
