It has been opened in 2003. The designer of the building and thespace architecture is Sándor Dévényi. Originally Was being builtwithout a building permit, permission for maintenance gotsubsequently. From the spouts of the well it is possible to drink the water of eight thermal springs according to the guide tabletbut in the reality simple tapwater flows from it. The operator ofthe well is the Fovárosi Vízmuvek from June of 2004. The springhouse has been made from carved stone.
