The old milestone is situated at the border of Kobábnya and Rákoskeresztúr in a small park. Some part of the subtitle is unreadable.
Rákoskeresztúr is a border-district of Budapest, the Pesti út, where the milestone is standing is one of the oldest roads to the centre.
A well-maintened small park is surrounded the milestone.

Ez a régi kilóméterko Kobánya és Rákoskeresztúr határán áll egy kis parkban. A felirat néhány helyen sajnos már olvashatatlan. Rákoskeresztúr az egyik határkerülete Budapestnek, a Pesti út ahol a ko áll egyike a legrégebbi, központba vezeto utaknak. Egy gondozott kis park veszi körül a követ.
