The festival is each year on the first Saturday after Labor Day. It has over 200 arts & crafts booths, 30 food booths, kids’ games, the five-mile Popcorn Panic, and the nation’s First Popcorn Parade. The Hot Air Balloon Show is at the fairgrounds. There is a whole week of events leading up to the big day.
