This may well be the first KFC in Phnom Penh. I can find no other at this point in time.
The KFC is largish, and has the usual full range of facilities, and, judging by the construction work in progress, I suspect that it is in the process of expansion. It is located on the river (the Mekong), but it is a short distance away from the 'best' spots on the river. Most likely no available space, as the Phnom Penh river front is filling up with trendy cafes, and tourist trinket shops (not like the good old days).
