This concrete and stone foundation holds a bronze plaque honoring Henry Holbrook. It is located next to the city offices at W. Delaware and 1st St. The monument is on the grounds next to the city buildings. It is about 4 1/2 feet tall. The bronze relief is of Holbrook's portrait, with the text below.
