Wat Phnom is a major Wat and tourist sight in Phnom Penh. On the grounds of the Wat are a number of touristy things, one of these is a large, 'grass' clock. The clock is on the southern slope of the Wat, approximately 15m in diameter, and does not work. The clock is easy to find.
* during the day the Wat is a pleasant place to visit, filled with locals and tourists. At night this changes, a few weirdoes and petty thieves hang out.
