This attractive clock is situated in "Hun Sen Park", named in honour of the Prime Minister of Cambodia, Mr Hun Sen. A man who has won every democratic election for the past two decades. The park is a gift to the people of Phnom Penh from the PM, clearly a thrifty person.
The park is rectangular in shape and lies close to the Mekong river. The clock is towards the river end of the park. Chinese themed, it tells the time, and is easily seen.
