Located in McAllen, at the intersection of N 20th St and Cedar Ave, in the SE corner of the intersection. Mark is 20 feet east from the east edge of 20th St. and 20 feet south from the south edge of Cedar St. Mark is mounted in the concrete base for the corner fence post.
