Every time we're in the mountains (about once a month) we have to stop in here. The teppanyaki experience is fun for the whole family, but I always order sushi. The mixed sashimi plate is fantastic, and the house specialty rolls are always great.
Really not to be missed: the continually creative cocktails. Among the best I've had anywhere, including an unforgettable strawberry ginger martini, a kiwi-and-sour-apple concotion, and a citrus blend with a hint of rosewater. Magnificent.
Aw now look, you've made me all hungry and thirsty again.
P.S. There's an outpost of this restaurant in Vail as well, but I've never tried it. I know that it doesn't have a teppanyaki grill, but I'll let someone else post details about that one.
