I discovered this benchmark while searching for RICK RM 3 (QE2009 which appears to be buried and lost its witness post) This one has a very functional witness post, which is why I found it. Evidently ODOT doesn't need RICK any more.
To reach the disk, drive North on SR99W from the center of the overpass crossing SR22 about 0.3 miles and it is located on the West side of the road about 25' from the center of the highway.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
