After your ascent up the Flume to the upper end at Avalanche falls, they even tell you your elevation. Checking Topo Maps of the area, we estimate the net elevation gain from the parking lot is ~200 ft (after a ~150 ft drop from the lot to the Covered Bridge, so there was a ~350 ft climb to get to here from the low point).
The sign is on a deck overlooking the falls.
