Located on the site of the Ambleside Ferry Wharf that was in used until 1947, the Ambleside Fishing Wharf provides people access to waters just outside First Narrows. An amazing place with views of Stanley Park, Vancouver and Alaskan cruise ships.

Ambleside Fishing Pier

The construction of this pier was made possible though a donation from Thunderbird Marine Corporation and grants from the Federal Ministry of Fisheries and Oceans and from Growth and Opportunities British Columbia.

Engineering and design was by Hay and Company and Larry Diamond, Landscape Architect. Hanlon Construction was the general contractor.
