Low Gardens Bridge stands across the river Lowther. This would have been the old route north. Current Millers Way Long Distance walk uses this bridge.

From underneath the bridge does not look to have been widened. May be it was built this width, or replaced a narrower bridge. Certainly this one is very high above the river.

A new Long Distance trail, Millers Way, uses this crossing.
