Official Description:
"A Boy Scout in his uniform strides forward carrying a walking stick in his proper left hand. He is flanked by two much larger allegorical figures of a man and a woman representing American Manhood and Womanhood and the ideals of the past which they will pass onto the youth. On the Scout's proper right side, is a nearly nude male figure carrying a bundle of leaves and some drapery in his proper left arm. A bit of the drapery is blown across his middle. He strides forward with his proper right leg in front. On the Scout's proper left side is a draped female figure holding up a torch with a gold-colored flame in her proper left hand. Her proper left arm is extended slightly and her palm is facing upward. She strides forward with her proper right leg in front. The figures are mounted on a hexagonal-shaped base which is installed at one end of an circular pool."
