At the end of the Sea Life Aquarium tour (in the Arizona Mills Mall), in the playground area for the kids, is this penny smasher. 51 cents and some manual labor will get you a sweet, aquatic themed, smashed penny. I opted for the shark, but there are a few other option. Make sure to bring some change.
Note - I don't believe this is available to those who do not go through the aquarium first - prices vary.
