Three centuries ago King Taksin built an army in this region of Thailand to repel the invading Burmese. As such his memory is revered in this region. Outside the principal Shrine to his memory in the small city of Chanthaburi (WM9ATH) are a set of bells to be rung by visitors. This is a normal part of Buddhist practice.
These bells seem, to me, to be rather small for their intended function, due to the significance of the Shrine, however, here they are. These are 'Asian' bells, so no clapper.
