Pompeii's Pizza has served the Reed City for decades. It's location near the downtown business district has ensured its survival over the years, making it very busy during lunch hours. The restaurant is basically a economical version of Italian food with unique takes on the classic Pizza, Stromboli's, and other dishes. On the walls are pictures of Reed City's past, some dating back to the early 1900's. Pompeii's itself has had quite the history, evolving with the times to ensure its survival. Many locals can remember when it housed the city's first laser-disc rental store out of the back portion. It currently contains a few old time video games and a jukebox.
