Printed on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the historic flood. Stories were compiled and published in tribute to those who had family and friends caught in the flood. The flow was estimated at 30100 cubic feet per second, where the average summer flow was only 200 cubic feet per second. The hydroelectric plant on the river was destroyed, and many cabins with summer visitors were swept totally away.
