I was walking by the Oregon State University office buildin in the McDonald College Forest (which is a teaching arm of OSU's Forestry Department), when I noticed a witness post right next to the handicap ramp leading up to the basement of the building (you can see the office building in the wide view in the accompanying photos). I attempted to remove the baked-on bird dung, but, as there was no water available, I was unable. Got the accompanying photos anyway.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
