Small rural cemetery in Edgewood, just south of I-40

Mountain Valley Cemetery is on Co. Rd. 1, about a mile south of I-40 and just east of Hwy. 217.
There is a fence around the entire cemetery grounds, separating it from the few houses around it's perimeter.
There is a walk-in side-open gate at the entrance, with a sign giving information on who to call if you need driveway access to the grounds.
There are approximately 2,000 marked graves here, some nicely landscaped with flowers. Most of the terrain is flat with the usual desert brush.
We did find a WWII memorial to veterans J.T. Northam and Jack King.
