Cres (pronounced "Tsres" in Croatian) is an Adriatic island in Croatia. It is one of the northern island in the Kvarner Gulf and can be reached via ferry from the island Krk or from the Istrian peninsula (line Brestova-Porozina).
On the road to the nice little town Valun you'll find this stone-table, where you can park your car and enjoy a great view over the Bay of Valun and the coast of Istria. You can see the "parking area" on the photo, visitors just park in front of the stone-table. There is room for maybe 5 cars, but this is road with very low traffic.
