World-renowned sculptor Kwan Wu created a bronze sculpture and fountain for the people of Lee’s Summit to enjoy called “Kids at Heart.” The public art project was possible thanks to a strong public-private partnership between the city and the citizens of Lee’s Summit. As the name implies the fountain is located in the heart of the city and has several story plagues on the walls behind it that tell about the fountain and the downtown area.
