A nice rural post office in Holland, Manitoba; a community with a population of about 400. It's about 40 km south of the Trans Canada Highway, halfway between Portage la Prairie and Brandon.

The first Holland post office opened in 1881 about 2.4 km west of the present village. Mr. A. C. Holland was the postmaster until his death in 1894. During his tenure, the post office was moved into the present village with the coming of the railroad.
