This bas-relief plaque and monument is to honor Henry R. Holbrook, who the city of Holbrook, Arizona is named after. He was also a chief engineer of one of the railroad divisions. The monument is located on the northeast corner of the City municipal offices, right next to the public parking lot. The bas relief artwork is on top of a large stone foundation.
