The following is the description found on a web page provided by NCGS.

Wagram, 1.2 mi NE. of, along US highway 15A; at concrete bridge over Drowning Creek; in NW. concrete abutment; standard tablet stamped "43 WSM 1949 224"

Access to the marker is a little tricky. With the addition recently of guard rails along the edge of the highway, one must park at the boat landing to safely park at this waymark. I accessed the site from the old bridges you will see at the boatlanding. I was able to get to the benchmark from this side when the water was low. During highwater periods one will have to access BM from highway. Use caution because of traffic and a narrow area to walk by bridge guard rail. Watch your footing as this area is slippery and there are gators and snakes in the area frequently.

There are two waymarks at this area; 1) orphaned bridge and 2) boatlanding. One geocache, GC1ZAKW, Wagram Boat Landing, is at the boatlanding area.
