Buriram is a small town in north eastern Thailand. Near the centre of the town is an amphitheatre, a park, a moat (from the 'old' town), and in the moat (which is now a recreational facility), what looks to be the water jet spouts of a fountain. When I visited, around midday, the fountain was not in operation. There was no plaque or other information source I could see.
