Topsfield Town Hall is 3 story wood structure with great roof lines. The centered entrance way is via a porch like deck and cover over the door. It is painted primarily with a light bluish tan color, with the trim highlighting in a darker blue gray with burgundy detail. It is quite stunning. The roof is slate. A tower just seems to appear rising to a working clock at its peak.
