The Hells Canyon Scenic Byway extends for over 200 miles from La Grande to Baker City while circling around the Wallowa Mountains. There are three signs at this Hells Canyon Scenic Byway information kiosk on the Wallowa River along Ore. Hwy. 82. The primary sign here is titled “The Joseph Branch”. The other two are standard points of interest for this part of the Byway.
