An Army Corp. of Engineers Survey Mark disk located approximately 1.13 miles southwest of the town of Howard, PA. The disk is located between private ground to the south and Army Corp. land to the north. There is access to the disk through the Army Corp.'s property.

The metal disk is stamped with a designation of A 215 and was placed in 1976.
