Rowville Library was established in 1989 under the clock tower at Stud Park Shopping Centre. It is a bright and busy library well used by the local community as a place to meet people, find out things and borrow from a wide range of resources. Lots of young families and retirees make use of our facilities and our friendly staff are always happy to help you.

Tiny tots 0-12 mths: Wednesday 2pm & 2:30pm
Toddler time 1-3 yrs: Monday, Wednesday 10:30am
Storytime 3-5 yrs: Tuesday 10:30 am
All ages storytime: First Friday of the month 7pm
Kids on Wednesday (for primary school children): first Wednesday of the month at 4pm

Parking
Free parking to the left of the library and elsewhere in the shopping centre. Two accessible parking spaces outside front door.

Access & facilities
Approach to main entrance: Footpath and ramp from carpark to automatic doors. Wheelchair/pram access from car park to entrance.

Internal access: The library is on one level. The circulation desk is high but there is wheelchair access to the information desk, public pcs and catalogue. Wheelchair/pram access around library and in the aisles. Clear navigation with signs.

Public toilets: Male/Female/Accessible, baby change.
