Mr. Smokey Bear has been sited in the Waupaca area as of late. My sources tell me he has been working with the fire departments in the area to counter the threat of fires. An unnamed source in the Ranger station at Hartmans Creek has hinted that he has been assigned to the forest protection in the Hartmans Creek area and coordination of fire protection effort in the surrounding area's. We will be keeping an eye on his efforts in this area.
