This outhouse is located on land that was acquired by the National Park Service from the former Richfield Coliseum. The Coliseum purchased former farm land and constructed the building in 1974. It was closed and demolished in 1999, and became part of Cuyahoga Valley National Park lands. The land beyond the building and parking lots was never altered from the farming days.
