This box is quite large and is mounted in a modern building called Brewery House. Presumably it was preserved when the brewery was demolished. TN16 173
Tell us about the area the post box is situated.:
The post box is in a building called "Brewery House, on the corner of "Black Eagle Close". From this we can assume that this was the site of the Black Eagle Brewery, which was demolished in the 1980s. There are small offices and residential properties there now. The old post box has been preserved.
