Mark with stamping W 286 RESET 1984 is in the west side of the north bridge abutment on North Lawrence Road. 23.5 feet west of the center of the road, 14.3 feet southwest of utility pole 18-24, and 4 feet below the surface of the road.

DESCRIBED BY LOCAL ENGINEER (INDIVIDUAL OR FIRM) 1984 IN VILLAGE OF CLINTON. IN THE VILLAGE OF CLINTON, ABOUT 0.15 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG NORTH LAWRENCE ROAD FROM THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD, ABOUT 0.2 MILE NORTHEAST OF START-SUMMIT COUNTY LINE, 188 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF CANAL FULTON ROAD, IN TOP OF THE NORTHWEST END OF THE NORTHEAST CONCRETE ABUTMENT OF PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE BOX BEAM BRIDGE OVER CHIPPEWA CREEK, 4 1/2 FEET NORTHWEST OF CONCRETE BRIDGE BEAM, AND ABOUT 4 FEET BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE ROAD.
