This highway right of way marker is placed near a freeway underpass road.

It is a gray metal disc set in concrete, marked clockwise around outer diameter “A.D.O.T. Highway DIV.“ Disc is also stamped across center with “PLS 10”, below center “18”

Remains of witness post is nearby, but it bent over and no markings were visible.
Condition: Mark found in poor condition
