Near the Wall Street Mill in Joshua Tree National Park. I found this along the trail to the mill which was operated by W. Keys. He and his wife had a ranch nearby so I suspect this is simply an extension of that operation. The official ranch entrance area is in another location and ranger led tours (for a fee) are available.
