The trig is viewed from the cliff path accessible from Taddiford Gap car park. There is extensive erosion on this cliff with many of the anti-tank defences from the war peering out of the waves as they have fallen into the sea from the cliff top. Thankfully the trig still has some land around it at the moment.
It was last verified in 1960 at 25.5880m above sea level.
