The historic First National Bank building in Waitsburg was built in 1889 and is a primary structure in the Historic District. The building is a two-story brick Renaissance style structure with rusticated stone base with granite and sandstone trim. First floor doorways and windows have round arch openings with keystones. The building has a classical pressed metal cornice which is identical on the adjoining Commercial Club building.
Today the building is occupied by the Waitsburg City Hall.
