Described by the City of Sunnyvale as follows:
Brass disc in top of curb next to catch basin at the southwest curb return, intersection of Wolfe Road and Old San Francisco Road.

Additional notes:
Note that Old San Francisco Road becomes Reed Avenue on the east side of the intersection with Wolfe Road.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
