This black fountain is located at Oral Roberts University, under the covered entrance to a campus building. The fountain has two layers, with an eternal flame on the top layer. There are numerous landscaped areas around the fountain, and a lot of places for students to sit.

Learning Resources Center Fountain
Oral Roberts University was founded on the power of the Holy Spirit and on the authority of the Word of God.
The eternal flame at the entrance of the Learning Resources Center symbolizes the power of the Holy Spirit in the educational process at ORU, and was lighted by President Oral Roberts on October 31, 1965. The lighting climaxed the "Gideons" march of faith during ORU's dedication ceremonies.
The large triangular pool under the flame symbolizes the Holy Trinity and ORU's threefold purpose: education of the whole person in spirit, mind and body. The 12 notches through which the water flows are symbolic of the Twelve Apostles, and emphasize the healing flow of the Holy Spirit to the people of every generation.
