Identified in a Trainorders.com forum thread as:
"Coahuila & Zacatecas Railway # 6. (Mexico) Three foot gauge, outside framed. Built by Baldwin in 1904, as a 4-6-2, converted by CyZ to a 4-6-0. CyZ was built as a copper mining railway, and was disrupted by the Mexican revolution."
The locomotive reportedly was "sold in the early 1960's to Early West Railways" a group with hopes of starting an excursion railroad in Pomona Ca. Next, it was "displayed at a restaurant" in Southern California and in turn sold "to private individuals" who apparently stored it near Lake Elsinore, CA.
Additionally according to one post in the thread this may have been Baldwin's only 36"gauge 4-6-2 to be built. Source: Trainorders.com forum discussion thread
