Pevsner describes Flore House briefly as being partly Jacobean and much altered and added to. There are some old mullioned windows with arched lights.

There is very little information available on the history of this house which seems a shame.

Next to the house is Flore Park which stretches between the village and the A5. The church and old Manor House also stand next door.
