Located on North East corner of 48th Street and Thistle Landing Dr.

Benchmark disc place on top of concrete bulkhead for irrigation control valve. Disc is marked radially across top "S.R.V.W.U.A." and across the bottom "ENGINEERING DEPT". The words Benchmark, Elev., and Location also appear. No stamping for vertical or horizontal control exists. Markings are clear, except some concrete partially occludes "S.R.V.W.U.A."

SRVWUA stands for Salt River Valley Water Users Association. This is a branch of the Salt River Project, which provides both electricity and water supply to most of the metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona
