Fine church. Has that 1960's look, flat and an industrial design. The church and grounds are located in a quiet south Houma neighborhood. There was some function ongoing on my visit, so I did not go into building. I did find a good history, from the Diocese website, located here which states:

: Back in 1963, Annunziata Parish and Vatican Council II were born together. The current facilities were completed as the Council adjourned in 1965. Facilities included a school which was able to continue for three years; however, when the Sisters were unable to continue staffing the school and the parish was struggling to pay its debt, the school was forced to close. The disappointment was overcome as the people remained committed. Annunziata continues to be a vibrant, lively and enthusiastic parish where lay leadership flourishes.
