Each year the city sponsors an annual (since 2007) Christmas at the Clock celebration with the town clock in downtown Ritzville, Wa as the center piece. The celebration is dubbed "Christmas at the Clock"

This is a newer clock that was purchased from The Fancy Street Light Company. The city council began discussing the possibility of installing a town clock as early as 2003 but then the cost associated with it was unknown. I think the model is The Presidential 4 Dial 15' 7" Tall Pedestal Clock from the Classic Series.
