Headstone is in good shape.
The red, white and blue stick indicates that he was a veteran.

"Thomas Isett has a fine example of Woodman of the World headstone.
Thomas B. Isett was born in Pennsylvania and was a Civil War soldier. He served as a private with Company E, Sixty-first Pennsylvania Infantry from 1 August 1861 through 7 September 1864. He was also a member of the Grand Army of the Republic, Greenwood Post 10, Canon City, Colorado.
Thomas Died at his residence, Corner of Rudd and Sixth Streets. He had been a resident of Canon City for 20 years."
