One of the remaining small "L" shaped houses in Benson, located in the Railroad Historical District next to the tracks. This house has recently been the recipient of restoration work. The modest frame buildings of this style were easily relocated, reoriented and/or incorporated into larger during remodeling. This is one of the remaining intact examples of the small "L" shaped style of early vernacular frame dwellings that were once popular in Benson.
