One of the remaining small front gabled houses in Benson has recently had restoration work done to it. Located in the Railroad Historical District, right next to the tracks. The modest frame buildings of this style were easily relocated, reoriented and/or incorporated into larger during remodeling. This is one of the remaining intact examples of the front gable style of early vernacular frame dwellings that were once popular in Benson.
